Hilton Vancouver Metrotown

Your Mapuaworld 2004 Planning Committee is pleased to announce that they have negotiated very good rates at the Hilton Vancouver Metrotown for all Mapuaworld attendees.

Guest Room Rates
The Hotel has confirmed the following “Preferred Room Rates”:

Deluxe One Bed King Suite	CAD $175	CAD $175

Hotel room rates are subject to 7% Goods and Services Tax (GST) and 8% Room tax. Non Canadian citizens can obtain a GST rebate form on arrival upon request.

Reservations
Each individual Mapuaworld guest must make their own reservation by calling the Hilton Central Reservation at 1-800-HILTONS or at the local Hilton Vancouver Metrotown at (604) 438-1200 by Tuesday, June 29, 2004 to get the preferred rate. They must identify themselves as members of our group, National Association of Mapua Alumni (NAMA) with Reservation number (this number will be given to our group by July, 2003 – one year before the event). All reservations must be guaranteed and accompanied by a first night room deposit or guaranteed with a major credit card (MC, Visa, AMEX, etc.). Each guest will have to pay for their own room charges, taxes and any incidentals.

For any Mapuaworld guests who were late in making their hotel room reservations by Tuesday, June 29, 2004, the Hotel has offered our group the same preferred rate, subject to room availability. Delegates should call the Hilton Vancouver Metrotown directly at (604) 438-1200 and identify themselves as members of our group, National Association of Mapua Alumni (NAMA). The Hotel staff will try to accommodate your request if a room is available.

On behalf of your Mapuaworld Committee, we encourage all Mapuaworld guest to make their reservations early to take advantage of our negotiated preferred rates.

Mapuaworld guests wishing to extend their stay over by one (1) day before, and, or after will be honored with the same rate. If you plan to stay longer for your holidays and wish to stay at his same hotel, we recommend that you call the local Hilton Vancouver Metrotown at (604) 438-1200 to make your reservation, because their staff is more familiar with our negotiated rate than the Hilton Central Reservation people.
