The response to our invitation to attend Mapuaworld 2004 has been overwhelming. The organizing committee respectfully requests your cooperation by confirming your and your guest's attendance . This will enable us to confirm the number of people to Hilton Metrotown Hotel for our "Fellowship" socials on Friday, July 30 and Gala Night Dinner and Dance on Saturday, July 31. It will also provide us the total number of people that will attend our 10th year anniversary picnic celebration on Sunday, August 1. Our aim is to offer you a pleasant and memorable experience in Vancouver.

and send us a personal cheque or money order in Canadian or US funds (for International attendees). Post date it to March 31, 2004 for the total amount of your registration fee to take advantage of our "special rate" early bird registration fee. (e.g. alumnus rate is Cad. $ 85 or US $ 73). For our "special rate" to be applicable, we must receive your payment prior to  March 31, 2004.

Alternatively, you can post date your cheque to June 30, 2004 based on our "regular rate" registration fee. (e.g. alumnus rate” is Cad. $ 100 or US $ 86). This will guarantee you and your partner seats in the Gala Night Dinner and Dance.

For all cancellation after June 30, 2004, Registration fees will be non-refundable. Please remember that it is your responsibility to make your hotel reservations. You can see the Accommodations link on our website at:
