Our early bird registration campaign has a very good response. To date, we have received payments from 112 members and guests. On behalf of the Mapuaworld 2004 organizing committee, we would like to thank everybody that has mailed in his or her registration form and payment. Our online registration indicates that there are approximately 350 Mapuans and guests who are attending our reunion. As we are moving towards the final stage of our preparation for Mapuaworld 2004, we would like to have a concrete idea as to how many guests are really coming. We have decided to extend our early bird registration to April 30, 2004 to accommodate everybody who wants to pay the discounted rate. We need you to mail in your registration form: REGISTRATION FORM REV 4.PDF. and payment to ensure the success of our grand reunion. This will help us in confirming our reservations of attendees to the Hilton Metrotown Hotel.
To take advantage of our "special rate" early bird registration fee, please send us a personal cheque or money order in Canadian or US funds (for International attendees). Post date it to April 30, 2004 for the total amount of your registration fee (e.g. alumnus rate is Cad. $ 85 or US $ 73) and we must receive your payment on or before April 30, 2004.
Alternatively, you can post date your cheque to June 30, 2004 based on our "regular rate" registration fee. (e.g. alumnus rate” is Cad. $ 100 or US $ 86). This will guarantee you and your partner seats in the Gala Night Dinner and Dance.
For all cancellation after June 30, 2004, Registration fees will be non-refundable.
