NAMABC Fall 2003 Bowling Tournament
Dear $MEMBER$,
The Executive Committee would like to invite all members to our next Bowling tournament that will be held on Saturday, November 15, 2003 at the Xcalibur Bowling Center at 12350 Patullo Place, Surrey, BC, Tel # 604-580-2600. The game will start at 1:30 pm, however, please be at the bowling lanes by 1:00 pm for registration. After the game we will have food, drinks and karaoke at the second floor lounge from 4:30 pm – 7:30 pm only. There will be another group after us, so we need to leave by 7:30 pm.
The tournament is open to all members and their spouse, and guests. We have made an initial reservation for 20 people to bowl for now. It is important to know the exact numbers of who will attend so that we can confirm the total number of players to the bowling center. Please confirm your attendance by replying to this email no later than Friday, November 7, 2003. Note: The karaoke lounge can accommodate up to 40 people.
The cost is $30 per person which includes bowling fees for 3 games and shoes, trophies and food. For non-bowlers who want to join us for Karaoeke, the food cost is $10 per person. The food will include a burger platter with pop. There is a choice of beef, chicken or veggie burger. Any alcoholic drink will be paid for separately by the member (individual payments). The trophies will be awarded at our annual general meeting and Christmas party.
